Home My WebLink About1983 053 CC RESO1983 053 CC RESO(Ììë]RESOLUTION NO. 83-53 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING A CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE CITY'S CLASSIFIED AND UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE POSITIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this reference marked Exhibit A", is a Classification Plan, adopted pursuant to Section 2201 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to all positions in the City's employrnent which are designated Classified Service Employees" and Unclassified Service Qnployees" in such employ. SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City Manager, each department head of the City and the Personnel Officer.
